The company behind OpenLeadGraph.

OpenLeadGraph is built and operated by DK Engineering Lab, a small engineering studio that develops private software for recruitment and staffing businesses. The platform is not sold, not listed on marketplaces and not available for self-signup — access is granted by application, and every company is onboarded individually.

Who builds the product

OpenLeadGraph is developed by DK Engineering Lab. The studio designs, builds and operates the platform end to end: product development, infrastructure, security and ongoing support.

The same team that writes the code also onboards every client. There is no reseller layer and no outsourced support desk between you and the people who built the system.

Why it is a private platform

The product is not open for self-signup because it is configured around each client's workflow before anyone logs in:

  • Your candidate and client sources are connected during onboarding.
  • Matching criteria are tuned to your niches and markets.
  • Housing, finance and CRM modules are switched on only if you need them.

A public self-serve product would have to be generic. We chose to keep it specific instead.

Not a one-time purchase

OpenLeadGraph is not something you buy once and own forever. This is a deliberate choice:

  • The platform changes constantly — sources, matching models and modules are updated every week.
  • You always run the current version; there are no upgrade projects or version negotiations.
  • Maintenance and support stay with the studio, so the product remains our responsibility, not yours.
  • If the platform stops being useful, you simply part ways with it. It has to earn its place.

Infrastructure and responsibility

Client instances run on DK Engineering Lab servers with Cloudflare in front. Access control, encryption and data handling are documented on the security page, and a data processing agreement is available for every client.

Because we host and operate the platform ourselves, there is one accountable party for uptime, backups and incident response — the same studio that built it.

How to start working with us

We onboard a few agencies per month, by application. The process is a short call to understand your workflow, a demo configured around your niche, and a pilot with your real data.

Use the request access form or write to us directly — every application is read by a person.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the data in our workspace?+

You do. Your clients, candidates, notes and files belong to your company. If you cancel, you receive an export of your data and the workspace is removed.

Can we buy the platform outright?+

No. OpenLeadGraph is available only through the studio — this keeps updates, maintenance and support on our side permanently.

Where is the platform hosted?+

On DK Engineering Lab servers, with Cloudflare providing the network edge. Details are on the security page.

Is there a free trial?+

We run pilots instead of open trials: the platform is configured for your workflow first, then tested with your real data. Apply through the request access form.
